Mr. Cutter’s mission is to increase adaptability and resilience and combat autoimmune disorders by creating greater awareness of the numerous health benefits of consuming fresh, biophoton-rich organic food grown in rich living soil. The company’s goals include connecting individuals with where their food comes from and how it should be grown in living soil to optimize microbiome health, influencing positive change in carbon management, teaching healthy eating habits and food preparation, promoting entrepreneurship programs and developing living-wage green jobs in urban agriculture.
Mr. Cutter’s interests include photography, marketing, design and engineering, cooking, and all outdoor activities including camping, trekking, volleyball and skiing. He is constantly scouring the web for information on health-related topics and enjoys inspiring those around him how to feel better and create more happiness and balance in their lives. Mr. Cutter takes full advantage of all the wonderful opportunities we have at our fingertips to maintain a healthy mind, body and spirit. Regenerative Chef Loghan Call is focused on creating awareness around the power of food and its ability to heal not only ourselves but our communities and environment. Food is the conveyor of a larger, broader, societal message of connection to nature and understanding how to find balance between the modern world and the sage wisdom of natural systems. There is nothing we interact with more frequently, nor has a bigger impact on our personal health than food; and yet, it continues to be the area where many attempt to spend as little time and money on as possible.
Chef Loghan’s approach to food is to showcase the beauty and deliciousness of healthy, regeneratively-grown food, and keep his approach and education simple to ensure everyone is able to absorb the knowledge that provides freedom in the kitchen. His desire is to not provide recipes, but instead focus on the knowledge and techniques for any home cook to whip up a simple nutritious meal without the crux of following a recipe. This philosophy is an extension of the recognition that we are all unique; unique in our food journey, our current health, our palette and what we crave on a daily basis. The ability to have confidence in ourselves to cook what we want and when we want is the type of freedom that can create a new generation of healthy home cooks.
By teaming physicians, farmers and chefs, we have the collective ability to distill the knowledge of three professions into actionable steps that anyone can take in their daily lives. Dr. Valencia Porter overcame challenges dealing with her own chronic illness and teaches clients and health practitioners how to tap into and integrate multiple healing modalities to create resilient health starting with clean, nutrient-dense foods as the foundation. Double-Board Certified in Preventive Medicine and Integrative Medicine and with additional training in Ayurveda, Herbal Medicine, Functional Medicine, Nutrition, and Environmental Health – she views individual human health as intricately linked with planetary health, advocating for soil health, regenerative agriculture, and non-toxic living. Her work, research and personal healing journey led her to passionately write, “Resilient Health: How to Thrive in Our Toxic World” as a handbook for living and thriving in the modern age. Through virtual coaching and online programs, she continues to help clients with autoimmune and other chronic illnesses as well as those who want to optimize their health, prevent illness, and perform at their peak potential.
